TIME TO LEAVE FLORENCE!!!

Oh hurray and glory be, today, July 6, I am leaving Florence to return to the UK.

Was up at dawn after another sleepless night. Kimberlee was able to drive Wendy/me to the airport and tried to find her luggage, but no luck.

It was an uneventful trip back and am SO HAPPY to be back in the quiet of our little house. The silence was defining as I sat and watched some TV.

Sonia ended up sleeping in the Frankfurt Airport where she had a 12 hour layover...

No more planning destination birthdays for me. That said, I would like to return with Chris and have a relaxing and more enjoyable time seeing other parts of Italy.

Here is one more very beautiful sunset. The holiday would have been ideal without the people, heat, or bugs:)
