On the Way Home

Well, it was a really nice few days in Dubrovnik and we will probably come back again. We were especially lucky that all the transportation worked and was on time on the return journey. Not sure if/when I will ever read this again, but it is Friday July 15, 2022 and there are so many stories in the news about GTW and LHR flights being canceled, luggage not arriving, and the train workers on strike. We had a flawless journey.

We had a beautiful day for flying and you could see some of the islands along the way. Even the food was back to earlier standards.

Now we are home for a few days and then I start my next adventure while Chris goes back to Saudi Arabia. I will be on my way to Lucerne to train for the Tour du Mont Blanc. We flew over the Alps on the way home and, probably, Mont Blanc and the Tour are somewhere down below.
